Ranked in the top 3% of all REALTORS® in Texas from 2024–2026, Ryan has built a reputation as a trusted advisor, an aggressive and skilled negotiator, and a market expert across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. In the past year alone, he personally closed over $15 million in sales, continuing a seven‐year track record of delivering exceptional results for his clients. In 2025 alone, Ryan negotiated over $1M in concessions for his clients.

 

Raised in Southlake and a graduate of Keller High School, Ryan went on to attend the University of Texas at Arlington, where he developed the discipline, work ethic, and people‐first mindset that now define his real estate career. His deep local roots give him a unique understanding of the communities he serves—from suburban neighborhoods to rural acreage properties.

 

Beyond real estate, Ryan’s life is anchored by family. He and his wife, Terra, have been married for five years and share their home with their beloved dog, Attie. This past year, they achieved a major milestone: building their dream home on six acres in Weatherford, a vision five years in the making. The land also includes a home for Ryan’s parents, allowing them to stay close as his father navigates Parkinson’s. For Ryan, being able to support his family while creating a place where everyone can thrive is one of his proudest accomplishments.
